2. How soon will I get my order?
Orders are usually dispatched the same day if payment is received by 12.00pm mon-fri. Some delays are expected by a day on some busy days (usually Mondays). If you have time critical orders, please try to place earlier, otherwise contact us if you have special requirements.
As of July 2020, we are still in the process of adding processing capacities in/post Covid 19, there might be delays as our fulfilment centre deals with essential sectors as well.
For mainland UK orders, delivery is within 2 days (we use DPD or DHL - 96-98% of the time delivery is next day). For Republic of Ireland orders please allow 3 days.

Important
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
From 01/01/2021, EU customers might be subject to import duty, VAT and customs clearance admin charges by courier, in each country locally, Jewelcity will not charge VAT from the UK side. The import duty is based on value of the order and shipping cost, and import duty rate and product, for fashion accessories is about 3%-8%, VAT is based each country locally, admin charge is determined by the courier and each country, range from £4 to £12. For January 2021, Jewelcity will credit the import duty and admin fee charged, based on the bill presented by the customers from the courier's notice. This is to give our loyal customer a month to clarify the new procedures, and hopefully the government can clarify and reach a better agreement and details to be implemented. We hope we can find ways to have a level playing field to serve our customers in the EU.
